❤️What is the difference between Day 1 and the Full Experience?
Day 1 is strictly technical. You will learn my signature "2-Month" Quickweave foundation and installation. The Full Experience (Days 1 & 2) includes Day 1 PLUS the Content & Branding Lab with our guest experts, the "Content Playbook," and the retail scaling strategy. Day 1 cannot be purchased as a standalone.
❤️ "Do I need to be a licensed cosmetologist to attend?”
This class is open to both licensed professionals and aspiring stylists. However, we recommend having a basic understanding of braiding and track placement to ensure you can keep up with the advanced techniques taught in the foundation lab.
❤️Do I need to bring a live model?
No. To ensure we can focus on precision and foundation, Day 1 is taught using high-quality mannequins. This allows you to master the "Scalp Shield" and "No-Bump" techniques without the time constraints of a live model.
❤️What if I’m not tech-savvy? Will Day 2 be too hard for me?
Not at all! Sed and Sevyn specialize in making complex strategies simple. We will walk you through your iPhone settings step-by-step. You don't need a fancy camera—just your phone and a willingness to learn.
❤️Will I receive a kit?
Yes! All students (Day 1 and Full Experience) receive the Deluxe "Glueprint" Pro-Kit featuring my signature products and the specific tools I use to achieve a 100% flat install.
❤️"What exactly is in the 'Glueprint' Pro-Kit?”
I don’t believe in "filler" kits. You are getting the exact tools I use: my signature protection shield, specialized adhesive, professional-grade combs/clips, and the Glueprint Manual. You will leave with everything needed to perform this service the very next day.
❤️What is the "Content Playbook"?
The Playbook is a physical manual exclusive to Full Experience students. It includes my 25-hook library, caption templates for stylists, and a 30-day content calendar to help you stay consistent after class.
❤️"What happens if I can't make it after I've paid my deposit?"
Deposits are non-refundable as they secure a limited seat that cannot be filled last minute. However, if you cannot attend, you may transfer your seat to another stylist up to 72 hours before the event. Please email evannicole@glamaffairhairco.com to authorize a transfer.
❤️ "Is there any follow-up after the 2 days are over?"
The Answer: Yes! Graduation isn't the end. You will be added to the Private Guru Alumni Telegram. This is where you can post your work for my critique, ask follow-up questions to Sed and Sevyn, and network with the other 19 "Gurus" from your class.
❤️Where exactly in Atlanta is the class?
The class will be held at a private studio in the Chamblee/Doraville area. To ensure the privacy and security of our students and guests, the exact address is sent via email immediately after your deposit is confirmed.
❤️I'm flying in from out of town—where should I stay?
We recommend booking a hotel or Airbnb in the Buckhead, Midtown, or Chamblee area to stay close to the venue. Once your deposit is paid, your Welcome Packet will include a list of 3 recommended hotels within a 10-minute drive of the studio.
