Refund policy

RETURN/REFUND/EXCHANGE POLICY

 

RETURN POLICY: Due to the nature of our products, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or offer refunds on any hair extensions for hygienic and sanitary reasons. We cannot resell hair extensions once they have been opened, used, or tampered with.

If you believe you have received a defective item, please contact our customer service team at support@glamaffairhairco.com within 24 hours of delivery. Please include your order number, a detailed description of the issue, and photos or videos. We will assess the situation and work with you to find a solution. 

Eligibility for a Return (Defective/Damaged Items Only)

We uphold the highest standards of quality control. However, in the rare event you receive a defective or damaged product, you may be eligible to return the item for a replacement.

  • To be eligible, you must contact us within 48 hours of the delivery date.

  • The item must be in its original, unused condition with all packaging and tags intact.

How to Initiate a Return for a Defective Item:

  1. Send an email to support@glamaffairhairco.com with the subject line: "Return Request - Order #[Your Order Number]".

  2. In the email, provide a detailed description of the defect or damage.

  3. Attach clear photos or a video that shows the issue.

  4. Our team will review your request and, if approved, provide you with instructions and a pre-paid return label.

REFUND POLICY: We do not offer refunds on any products. All sales are final. This policy is in place due to the hygienic nature of our products, as we cannot resell hair extensions once they have been out of our control.

Refunds (Limited Exception)

The only exception to our no-refund policy is in the case of a processing error on our part, such as an incorrect item being sent that cannot be replaced.

  • If a refund is issued under this limited circumstance, it will be processed back to the original form of payment.

  • Please allow 5-10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement.

Cancellations

 If you need to cancel an order, please email support@glamaffairhairco.com immediately with your order number.

EXCHANGES: Exchanges are allowed if returned within 7 days after the delivery date if the items in the order have not been tampered with. The customer will be responsible for the cost to re-ship items for exchanges. We will send an invoice to be paid before the exchange can be shipped out.

How to Initiate an Exchange:

  1. Contact us at support@glamaffairhairco.com with the subject line: "Exchange Request - Order #[Your Order Number]".

  2. Specify the item you wish to exchange and the new item (e.g., color, length) you would like.

  3. Our team will confirm eligibility and provide you with an exchange form and shipping instructions.

Exchange Process & Shipping:

  • The customer is responsible for all shipping costs associated with the exchange, including the cost to return the original item and to ship the new item.

  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance. We are not responsible for packages that are lost or damaged during the return transit.

  • Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process the exchange and ship your new product.

RESTOCKING FEE: A 20% restocking fee applies to all opened packaging or items not returned in the same condition (e.g., tangled, fingers run through, visible alteration, requiring re-washing).

A 20% restocking fee will also apply to all orders if:

-Customer ordered the wrong product and wants to return item(s)

-Customer changed their mind after placing an order and returns item(s)

MANAGERS DISCRETION: Restocking fees for returns and exchanges are determined at the discretion of GAHC managers. If you have any questions or concerns, please email us at support@glamaffairhairco.com prior to shipping your purchase.

Also please note:

  • Texture is a preference and varies from person to person. If the customer is not satisfied with the texture of their order, the order can be exchanged for a different item, with payment for any price difference.

 

  • Additionally, if you receive your order and are not satisfied with the item(s), please send an email with your concerns to support@glamaffairhairco.com. You may be eligible to return the item(s) to receive a refund minus a 20% restocking fee if the item(s) are returned within our timeframes and in new condition. Please note that shipping fees are not refundable.

 

  • Promotions used in original order may not be applied to exchange order.
