I bought the clip ins for my birthday. I wasn't able to wear them because the hair was jet black. My hair is dark brown & wearing the clip ins with my hair out was very noticeable. I took the hair out of the box & the hair was shedding. For the price of the hair, I would not expect it to shed so much or at all. I gave it a 3 because they had the hair on hand and I wanted the clip ins thinking i could wear them for the occasion however with the hair shedding as it does i was not a fan of that. I also bought 2 bundles of clip ins.

I was so excited to get these clip-ins, they looked exquisite in the package when I received them. Unfortunately, the hair had an unpleasant and overwhelming smell of corn chips. I washed the extensions at least 4 times to make the water not brown plus an additional 3 washes to make the smell tolerable. After multiple nexxus deep conditioning treatments the hair smell like corn chips and nexxus. Is there is anything I can do about the smell please let me know. I would like to wear these one day. Please clarify what the brown stuff is that comes off when these extensions are submerged in water.

The hair did have a corn chip smell, had to soak in tomatoes juice. It did help mask the smell somewhat. The hair actually isn’t bad, holds a curl and doesn’t tangle.

I am pleased with my purchase. I ordered the 18" body wave. I have bought clips in the past and I was not satisfied. The weft was too thick, or the hair was unmanageable after using them a few times. And I do mean a few times. GAHC hair strips are super thin, so when I wear my ponytail, it looks super natural. I have received so many compliments (from people that knew I had clips in). The hair is soft and shiny. No shedding or tangling as of yet and wore them maybe 20-25 times already. I have washed them quite a bit as well and they are still soft and shiny. My only issue was the smell when I 1st received the clips. But I let them sit in brown Listerine for about ten minutes then did my usual wash and the hair was perfect. I will be a forever customer. The hair is wonderful the only thing is my hair didn’t wanna take to color which i was shocked about and one of my clip ins are hanging off from one another.
